What are risks with low blood pressure? - .low blood pressure

I still hear the concerns of blood pressure, but what about low blood pressure? I do not think mine is abnormally low for me, but as always, is about 80/40, but there are health risks, lowers blood pressure normal? I am 5 feet and I do not think (97 pounds I've also heard that the blood pressure is common in young women before, why is that ?).... Thanks
